you can still use these clips under a fair use type, like for reviews, commentary, criticism etc.

You can post movie clips, but copyright is the main issue. If you do not have permission, Instagram can remove the content.

I’ve run a page similar to movie clips, it was series instead and didn’t get any restrictions from posting the clip, it was more that was involved within the video, if its sexual/bad language/not sfw. You should be ok in general lots of people do the same

yeah i think you can post movie clips but only if you have the rights or permission to use them.
