Movie clip channels monetizable?

As the title really, some of these movie clip channels are mahoosive! I mean millions of subs and tens of millions of views.
Most look rather unedited and some are 5+ minutes of footage! No commentary, review or any effects. Surely they can't be monetized. Right?

True, such content cannot be monetized due to copyright issues, or it requires permission from the copyright owner.
