moved all files in cpanel-now got no websites

Stupid me i was trying to clean up all the files in cpanel and moved them in public_html area now i got no websites.
Obviously there's a linking issue going on now as the pathways have changed.

what is the best course of action here move files back? I have no idea if hidden files were moved too.

is it better to change paths elsewhere? eg database etc
If someone can help I would appreciate that

If you are using addon domains then just move them back to your domain’s directory. Or you don’t see your files anywhere anymore?
