Move my list

I have an 11k subscribers list on awber. I'll would like to move out my list but I don't want to have them re-optin since I'll lose lots.

Does anyone knows a company that I can import my list without re-optin?

If not is hard to set my own server? does it worth it? Can I do it on a shared hosting?

ImnicaMail isn't amazing, but they will import that if you have IPs and plenty of proof.
