Can I copy and move database to new domain (example: bbq.com to bbq.org)
Then still run it normally and like different site, can I ?

And: If one domain got penalty from google, if I move all (database, template) to new domain bqq.com => bbq.org, Is that OK ? And I I'll drop a penalty domain (no redirect). So Is that break the rule ?

you can move whatever you want. Will it run. depends. Are you talking about wordpress databases?

if you are moving from one domain to another make sure you 301 redirect from old domain to new if you want to keep linkjuice.

Absolutely you can move your website/database to other sites, I move databases all the time to set up new sites, just be sure to create a new database to store the info in. I just don't include my posts, but all of my setting I have no problem moving.

I'm not sure what you're asking here though, are you moving your site totally, or are you just setting up an entire copy and keeping your old site in place?

You wouldn't really be breaking any kind of rule, but Google might not like it and thus rank you copied site really low.

I move site totally and everything from penalty domain, so can I ?

yeah you can and dont 301 redirect if it is a penalised domain.

So If I drop the domain got penalty (example abc.com and use abc.net(new and clear domain with no any backlink)
No Redirect to new domain so
Will Google allow me ?

yeah google wont mind that. what did you get penalty for? if the penalty was something to do with the content. do you really want to use the same content again?
