I was thinking about starting channel with them, but I have faced one big problem. I can't find clean mp3 of speeches. There is always background music.
Do you know how to remove it from mp3 or maybe some sites with speeches?

Look for the original speech.

Find out the name of the one speaking and just search for his/her name on YouTube and, that's it.

If the original has music in it, look for some other motivational speaker.

Wish you all the best.

This I have figured out by myself, but thank you anyway

Yeah, it sounds like I'm trying to be a smart-ass reading it now, but that was not my intention.

I don't see any other way finding out what you need than doing what I said and what you know already :)

Maybe I'm wrong but, that and maybe you can look at SoundCloud for more...

Why not just take out the speeches and rebuild / craft your own video or whatever you are up to?
If you want to make it work you'll need to understand a few things ( fundamental things ).

Contact the speaker and ask them directly.

That works if you're going for smaller speakers, but if you're trying to use Tony Robbins or Simon Sinek, they'll copystrike you before you get momentum on your channel.

Why not create a channel of singing speeches and sing them yourself?
You could say inspired by... No copyright issues there I don't think, you would have a niche all to yourself with viral possibilities.

You mean Alan Watts and such like? All their content can be sourced from the original CD's. You can find the torrents online. I've noticed people have started doing it with Mufti Menk too recently.

Better idea, get a good mic and a mic compressor, and YOU speak the speeches. It's not hard, you have to learn a bit of voice acting from Youtube etc. and practice but it's the best way to get OC. I use a Sure SMB7 and a DBX mic compressor going into a digital hardware mixer. Works lovely and makes me sound like a pro. But on a phone call I sound like a retard. Defo worth the investment if you want to move into YT.

Use Audacity, it can help you isolate the vocals in a song and export it.
You beat me to it!

You can also select a portion of background in the audio file where the person isn't talking. Select noise reduction in effects, click get profile (will take what you selected) then ctrl+a to grab the entire thing, go back to effects>noise reduction, and instead of grabbing profile this time, screw around with the sliders or just leave it at default and hit ok. There might be easier ways to do this as well, like extracting vocal. but this is what i've always done.

I'm planning to start a new channel to test using TTS (text to speech). here's my plan. maybe this can help in you as well.

1. make it monetized first using by any means.
2. once monetized, order a video intro with a beautiful spokes person. better outro included.
3. start creating a video...
[intro] [main content] [outro]
4. upload and optimize.

[intro] is the beautiful spokesperson who speaks about the main video or the channel (in general).
[main content] can be anything. in my case is a TTS video. in your case is a motivational.
[outro] call to action and encouragement to viewers.

I have already reddit niche channel in this style ;), but thank you for good intentions

Have you tried running the mp3 of these speeches you found through Audacity?

It’s an open source audio mixer app that can help you separate audio into different tracks.

It can go a long way in cleaning up a lot of the background music as well as noise.

You might want to consider that option.

It’s open source and free.

I see channels doing this with famous people. Actors, fighters, etc. Id say they are monetized because this is fairly new. If youre using a speech from their platform or another channels interview - how would u get away with reusing someones content?
