I saw a movie on Cable on the other day "Wills Hunt" something and i must say, that is the most motivating movie i have ever seen in my entire way, got me thinking throughout that Night.

If anyone knows the full movie, please share it here. It's all about a young boy who is a Mathematics genius, but was born into an orphanage.

I still don't understand why people go to watch motivational movies to get that jump start. Motivation is a short term boost. It's like buying a car with a great launch control that goes 0-60mph in 2.6 seconds but then breaks down 2 miles later.

Sure it's good to get that boost at the beginning of the journey but relying on it can mess you up. If you give up over the slightest error in your IM journey or a slight failure, what is motivation going to do to you then?

That's where discipline kicks in.

All you need is discipline. The act to drive forward even when things seem pretty shitty. Only then, will you stay motivated and on track of your journey.

But if I was to answer this question for motivational movies, it would be Wolf of wall street. Who doesn't like cocaine, hookers, fast cars and wads of cash?

The one what I love so much "Fight Club" that movie expressed the thing that be how you see yourself.
I love that movie.
