Motivation is Useless

You still need to be motivated. What's wrong is having motivation and doing nothing.

I used to buy self-help books and they did nothing for me. But working my ass off changed my life.

So do something and when you see the results you will get motivated. The problem is that most people want motivation first before doing something.

Agreed. It's the other way around.

No excuses, just get it done.

Fear of failure paralyzes people, so they prefer to stay in the comfort zone with their motivation.
But failure is the price of the success. Everyone can minimize the number of falls by following Warren Buffet tip:

"Never invest in a business you cannot understand"

Cheers, Greg.

Motivation without doing affirmations is like eating pizza bread without the cheese, while displine is important too I’ll keep on saying only one thing give out positive affirmations, visualise it, and you’ll feel more motivated. You can even read the book You can heal yourself by Louis hay, it’ll help you a lot.

I think you need the discipline to motivate yourself, and motivation to discipline yourself.

I believe cultivating habits is the way to go along with motivation...many people forget that motivation can come from home and we look for motivation in other people's videos

You no need motivation, or discipline.
What you need is desperation.

Keep doing what you were doing cause you have no choice.

‘I have no choice’

Embrace the suckness

I like to watch Cartel business such as ozark, breaking bad, narcos. Its not because they like, its because they have no choice.

Now we all are suffering from neck-deep.I don't think motivation doesn't work but my own experiences say that self-motivation is 100% work.

Being realistic in your expectations is also a good part of discipline and can prevent losing your motivation. And then there is also a difference between aiming high and having high expectations.

You should have a plan with realistic goals, and then a backup plan and then another backup plan.

oh motivation, the invisible bullshit to make you do things which you can do anyway without receiving it in the first place.
