Check out the written guide on the instainfantry pyramid method; I personally believe it's a much better strategy for generating OF traffic than traditional M/S, especially if your goal is to redirect traffic directly to OnlyFans instead of having it all pass through a "mother" account and potentially not make it to the final destination.

I know some people who use the Mother/Slave method using SUSocial.

I have a similar question. How many slave accts can you tag a username in the bio?
Also, does this risk the slave or mother accounts getting shut down?

I have been using JV/ Su Social for users. I don't think there's such a limit. You can have as many slave accounts as you want.
If you don't add the mother account to the software, it will be safe.
