I just can't get rid of this guy his list. Before I found BHW I paid (dumbass) for commision overload. And back then I subscribed to his list when I spend about 1 month on BHW I was like what have I done.

Unsubscribed from his list and did some other things but now almost a year later I'm still getting his emails and I keep unsubscribing. Anyone have some ideas how I can get rid of this, it's like you subscribe to one list and boom subscribed to 100 back up lists.

report him for spam/ddos

If using aweber (most likely) then report him and they'll slap him. If using his own server then look up who is hosting it and file an abuse complaint. No hosting in USA will tolerate spamming. Too much to lose.

what to use to do that spamcop or what is the authority to block him ?

So I'm not the only one. I've unsubscribed from at least a dozen of his lists (only one of which I signed up to), but the really good news is that he appears to share his list with every JV he works as well. Aside from being the largest hype merchant I have ever had the displeasure of coming across, his email marketing tactics are in the worst tradition of cut rate spammers. I fear that my details will forever be passed around by him regardless of the amount of spam reports I lodge.
