Mother/slave method on my own or looking for professional to do it?

I have a 13k followers account.
Looking to grow double (or at least 20k) within a year.

I have been trying to build my own m/s systems but not working so far.
I think I lack the insight and ability to manage such bulk system.

However, I knew this method is the best way to grow in Instagram.
Could guys please give me some hints how to find others to do it
and what is the cost?

I tried to google and many of service providers claiming they can accept money and do it for me.
Like "simplygram", "medium.com", "motherchildmethod.com" etc.

are they scammers or the real deal?
 
Honestly, if you have the budget for it I would hire someone. Dealing with M/C nowadays is a difficult take and a constant hassle. It could take you months and hundreds/thousands of $ to figure out a working system
