Have anyone tried the mother and slave method that pple are using on instagram with twitter? Like get 100 or 200 accounts and send dm to your main account.

Uselles. You cant tag people in pictures on twitter plus there isn't really a "explore page" so the ROI will be much lower.

But at least you can link to your website unlike instagram that has only one place to link.
