I offer mother child service here from some time. I use mobile proxies that rotate ( using same ip on more accounts is a red flag). Generally you must root the phone to be able to rotate the ip on mobile because otherwise will not be possible to rotate the IP( i don't know about iphone but this is how it works on android). Rotating the IP manual Is like putiing the phone in airplane mode on/off. This whole process of rotating the IP is not require if you just want to use one account for a specific phone .
