Hi, when going trough instagram, i noticed child accounts redirect to other child accounts before the main account, does that means instagram been doing a crackdown on this method ? just asking

The accounts that these child accounts redirect to are usually backup accounts of the main account itself, there is no such thing as Child - Child - Main.

Either it is Child - Backup Account or Child - Main

In most cases, those secondary accounts you are viewing are backup accounts of the main profile. They do have child accounts, but the main accounts also have backup accounts aswell.

Yes so I have main accounts, with child accounts then a back up main accounts with child accounts and so on and so on.

Haha, it’s true that IG seems to be more “picky” with the child-parent model these days . Multi-level redirects are easy to spot because they don’t look natural at all. I think keeping the flow simple, the content clean, and the traffic stable will be more sustainable. Have you tested A/B to see the survival rate between 1 level and many different levels?
