I think with good proxies like mobile rotating you can get away with 150 follows a day plus maybe 75ish likes.
You shouldnt have many issues. The more I read into it the mroe it seems like antidetect browsers that store individual fingerprints on each browser session are really good. Better than any bot. Im looking into antidetect browsers my self currently.
Its weird because on the mobile app I can manually follow 300-400 people a day without issues. Obviously im using very good data connection. Im using my carriers 4g data. So maybe its different if you use a low quality proxy or even a cheap 4g proxy.
I guess my point is I think you could possibly do similar quantities of follows on a antidetect browser with high quality proxies.

Honestly, I think that is way too high. Following over 100 accounts a day will get your accounts banned.

You have to warm up accounts properly than you can follow also 200 per day

it depends on many factors, try not to follow more than 50 and be online only with one device
