Most updated Google Places downloads

So, still looking into Google Places. I believe this offline marketing thing can earn me a lot of money.

What method/download is the most recent/updated and of high quality? There are so many out there and going through them all is just impossible. So what is your experience?

And in general, which Offline marketing information is best to go through and shows the implementation steps in a nice way? Thanks!

Anyone can suggest me something to go through? Went through Google Places Takeover and was wondering if there is a new update available for that? Anything else to download which is up to date and a great tutorial to go through for ranking GP
