Most simple way to hidereferer when linking to CPA site?

Pretty much as the question sounds, what is the most simple way to hide the referrer when linking to CPA sites?

I'd prefer if when they look at it it just says 'referrer: none' other than hidden or spoofed

Really hard to erase the referrer. Best way would be to get a domain, create your own redirection plugin, and cloak it.

I'm going to be using an LP anyway, I thought I could just use a 'norefer' tag on the link or use a free service like nullreferer - wouldn't that work?
