All work well you just need high quality links and you will able to rank all of them.

I would recommend using your own website with the Wordpress CMS (not Wordpress.com). Blogger is probably the worst option out of those 3 since it's much more difficult to transfer your content to a new host and doesn't provide very many modern features such as plugins.

Go for your own domain and hosting, blogger and wordpress.com can delete your blog for any reason and if this happens your efforts are wasted

Always safe to go for own domain and paid host if you're into this for long term. Also if you're looking to build a strong authority site, it's best to use webhosts that are optimized to handle wordpress cms. Traffic Planet hosting is one of the best such hosts out there. It's owned by Terry Kyle and the sites load super fast.

    Hey buddy,,
I would say blogger is good for newbies but if you are planning to some professional kind of blog just have ur domain and install wordpress on the same and have an good theme from themeforest ,,,

If you say for Onpage and SEO part u can install Yoast SEO module for wordpress or any these all works great in combo for onpage and rest the ranking will depend upon Link building and social signals also...
