Please let me know that what is the most secure web hosting and domain name register website ?

That web hosting will also include install WordPress software manually by using an FTP client or File Manager in cPanel.

are you going to host a bank that you ask about so tight security?

When using wordpress you won't find unbreakable server, because no matter how secure the server is, WP is the problem.. so be sure to secure WP and not worry that much about the server
