Most secure phones/chats?

There is an app used by people who work in government that delete all conversation when you sign out or idle and if you take a screenshot it will alert the other side! But I can’t list it here

I mean using any third party or publicly available app in itself makes it a risk. Depends on how secure you need it, if you are talking about not having your messages read or saved Telegram seems the most likely. However, I would never personally use any for important or sensitive information. I've heard arguments about Signal, but like Whatsapp or Telegram it's run by an organizing which entires purpose is to make money.

You think it's alright for a company to charge 1500$ for a phone that does nothing besides call encrypted? Basically preying on the criminal underworld only. I wouldn't trust such a company with my details, that's for sure.

I'd rather implement it myself on a regular android phone. But then again, drug dealers ain't that smart usually

I'm beginning to think this whole thing was a honeypot. The only thing that doesn't make sense is why these people bought into it.

Now that you said it, you're right. Why would a company that runs for profit make no webshop for example? Instead you have to contact them to order. If people do that, I guess they could look into who wants to order, if that's just some celebrity caring about their private life, they simply won't respond to the email. Only answering to people they suspect to be criminal, then they can put that guy/girl on their list of people to look out for. :anyway:

Came across this today, seems very interesting. It's a blockchain powered messenger. They claim end-to-end encryption powered by BTC lightning network with easy BTC payments built in. Has anyone else heard of Juggernaut?

First time I heard about it. It seems to be very interesting.

Just came across this thread.

These companies offering encrypted phones make huge profits.
As far as I know, after EncroChat got sized by police, the most used is SkyEcc.

They claim to be the most secure in the world and they are offering $5M who can hack them. https://www.skyecc.com/challenge/

very interesting!!

Very very interesting.
I think the only way to hack them is like they did with Encro, having physical access to their server, thats how the police claimed they did it.

Inside job to entrap criminals.

Signal is one of the best out there. It is open source, so anyone can see what's going on with it. Sadly, there are no conference calls and group chats.
