i saw it the other day, they're paying for posts from @vines (5M) and are also getting likes from them too. I highly doubt the followers are fake
it all boils down to the content - the number 1 thing.
same shoutout from vine, some get 2k likes, some get 60k likes.
it also again proves that follower count is overrated. 300k account gets 2k likes, 60k account gets 60k likes.
i also notice that vines does permanent shoutout while what i have heard was all like hour-long shouts. maybe vines own all those accounts?

the @vines account have a huge cult like following, they use it to promote their other brands including 5thwatches, nichify, dropbottle, skinnymetea and taylorboardshortsco. I have seen them also do 1 hour promotions on other products but I think they earn a lot more promoting their own products

Honestly its most likely fake. I've been using Instagram for quite a while and I noticed people would pay certain websites to gain a lot of followers and likes.
