Most relevant Google URL indexer in January 2019?

Hi,
I would like to know which is the most relevant URL indexer for backlinks in January, 2019 and so on. I have been using Indexification & One Hour Indexing but they are not effective after the Google's update.

Can someone please write in-depth answer out of his practical experience?
I'm willing to buy any indexer on whatever price.

I've been using Indexification myself too, was a bit too overoptimistic about its results prior to purchase but when i subscribed to there service i was honestly a bit disappointed. It shows all urls are indexed but hardly any are.

You may try url inspect and then after if it is not indexed click on request index. That's it and wait....
