I was thinking about a "SEX STORIES" niche... I mean because going straight into the porn niche seems hard due to the fact that it is real compatible. I was even told that it is so easy to get banned in the adult niche... but I was thinking about a place where there are sex stories and just do affiliate marketing that way?

here let me just give you my most profitable niche...

you can't just ask people for their niches, no one will give you theirs, and if they did give it 24 hours before it gets over saturated.
 
Research and find a niche that you feel you can make work for you. Firstly, no one is going to share their niche for obvious reasons and secondly, when you do it yourself, it's much more motivating when it succeeds.
 
The adult niche is always profitable, but some other money makers are insurance, weight loss, internet marketing, golf, travel, and hosting. However, selling your own product in your blog will help you generate even more income.
 
There is no magic right niche that would work for everyone. It all depends on what you can get out of it. There are tons of adult sites that make no profit and there are some adult sites that make good money. Selling financial information, search, online games, social networks,online marketplaces are hot topics all. So you should just choose something and make it work out for you :-)
 
Bitcoin was the most profitable niche in 2013. In 2014 the most profitable niche is going to be....well, I can't tell you everything
 
There isnt really a "most profitable" niche.

The only thing you need to worry about is does XYZ niche make me money, and then expand on that.

You cannot honestly expect anyone to tell you their niche as telling it is a guaranteed way to saturate the market.
You need to stop taking shortcuts and spend the time investigating various niches yourself and then take a leap of faith, and go from there.
 
The imaginary money niche is highly profitable. There are many BHW users who are in the imaginary money niche. Daily earnings range from the standard $1k a day to the more bizarre $50k- $100,000 a day. Or you could take a look at the imaginary assets niche where assets range from Rodriguez yachts to stately homes.

There is no straight answer. It is as if you are asking which burgers can flip for most cash when everyone tells you a different tale.

What I humbly suggest is that go to proven/saturated markets and work till profitable.
Notable Niche(s):
Insurance (Highest payout rate) - don't limit yourself to term/life etc. Aim for overall ones like Car, Boat, Plane and breakdowns.
Charity (One of Highest Payout) - again do for the above.
Automotive (Lucrative Payout) - same thing.

You realized that all niches are of high competitivity ratio and it definitely takes efforts to rank them. Regardless of low or high intensity, you must be able to withstand competition.

I've been banking hard with the presents from santa claus niche. Try it.
 
This niche which you are thinking is bad for adsense because it contains abuse and sex..
