All the above mentioned services are most sought ones and can make you good amount of money.

I guess, programming applications for smartphones is also very profitable and many people are making very good amounts from this skill. I have no clue though which websites pay you genuinely for selling your applications.

I'm a professional Software Developer and I can make ~8000 €/month easily. I know some programmers that make 300 €/hour with webdevelopment but usually this sector is paid less because its so easy and saturated. If you want to do development freelance work in the IM/SEO niche you should go with PHP and specialize in Wordpress. If you want to do serious development work shy away from those because it'll will look bad on your resume if you did too much PHP work, because you most propably picked up some very bad practices.

If you don't like programming don't do it, you'll burn out very fast.

Good consultants that can improve the operations of a company always bank. Good marketers that can bring a company more business always bank. This is because a company that skimps on these will pay for it in the long run, due to lower efficiency of production and higher costs to acquire quality customers.
