Hi,

i just check my competitor backlink, he use some paid directories.
Directiories submmission still work for SEO today?
What's most powerful web directories today? Paid & free

i think yahoo directory is good, but it too expensive and not value for money (for me)
any recomendation and advice? i only need directories that most value for money.

Backlinks from various sources be it do-follow or no-follow links, both are good. As far as directory links, if you can't afford paid directories, look for some good local directories using the place and niche. you will find some.

Directory submissions won't harm your website if used for diversification. Just don't rely on them to rank to page 1, that's all. Build them as part of your backlink profile.
