Most popular pages and recent pages on Wordpress

Hello.
I would like to ask how can I make a list of the most popular pages and the most recent pages.
Wordpress allow pretty easy to add most popular posts and most recent post list but this is not what I'm looking for... I'm searching something like this but for pages... How can I do this?

Also, how can I make a "top review" list like the one on this site: http://airfryerreviews.co.uk (look on the sidebar). I mean.. I don't know how to add the stars. there is a plugin for doing this?

why do you want to show pages, they are generally used for about, private policy, contact etc.

I still cannot post links in my posts here, but there is a very popular WordPress plugin called WordPress Popular Posts. It has the capability to show the most popular pages too.

The same plugin can also show custom post types - which you can use for your reviews.
