Unless you know django, and in that case I would recommend many django CMS’s, go with Wordpress, zero programming skills, tons of features, many service providers, large community to ask questions, etc.

Wordpress, and here's why
- Easy to build and manage
- Tons of instructions
- Tons of plugins and themes
- From these plugins you can do almost all kind of website for products, services...
- Huge number of developers who can help you when you are in trouble of in need of custimization

But, Wordpress have some disadvantages.
- Security issue if you are new to it
- Bugs in those plugins may lead to security issue
- Slow for some purposes

Anyway, just play with it.

Just get a cheap hosting and install wordpress. You don't want to rely on a subdomain such as blogger, etc.

I like Wordpress when it comes to Blogging due to it's flexibility and there are lot of plugins to automate things. Whether we want to earn money from Adsense, eCommerce, Blogging, creating Landing Pages (for CPA), Wordpress is so valuable, cost effective and easy to use.
