What is the most that can be sent from the us to china without being dinged by paypal or someone else?
I dont want my account limited or worse banned or my funds frozen once in paypal. I need to send around 2k to china

That's not a problem... unless you send like 100k i don't think Paypal cares..

I think you should upgrade to Premium Account. More fees than basic account, but it doesn't limit withdrawal... as long as your account is verified.
