From the point of view of a payment processor such as Stripe for example, what is the most low risk type of business.

Would you consider digital products to be lower risk than for example a clothing store?

What about digital services such as logo or website design, even lower risk?

What are some of the lowest risk niches

I think digital products and services are always higher risk than physical products, just because with physical you can always provide the tracking number to prove you shipped the item, while digital is hard to prove that you delivered.

I guess as long as you stay away from medicine and stuff like that, physical is lower risk.

But theres some other liabilities with physical. Lets say you sell a low risk product, i dont know, baby diapers. And one of your retarded clients accidentally puts the diaper on the baby's head instead of on their ass and their retarded baby chokes to dead.

Now youre liable for some insane lawsuit, because your diapers that you sold were not choke-proof!!!

No one ever died from an article, a like, a proxy or a backlink. So for me its a digital world even if theres a bit of a struggle with some cunty payment processors, such as the famous gay pal.

Anything can be high risk if you look at it that way. A digital product can get you sued for stating false claims. If your intentions are good intentions to actually provide value to the marketplace I wouldn't worry about this too much. Even driving is high risk. Stop living your life in fear. It's okay to be cautious, but don't over think stuff. You know what is reasonably high risk.

Digital is high risk first off.
Next if you sold a diaper and the baby choked in this situation, if anyone is liable, it is the manufacturer, not you as an ecommerce store. Its really negligible.

Low risk would be a physical retail store of some sort. Go sell pillow covers or something.

Youre most likely wondering what to classify or front your store as I assume? If so, plan ahead or better yet dont go that route. Transaction laundering gets caught often and then you are going to lose customers who cannot pay for your services anymore.

Our life is also risky! So you have to be very careful and you need to check everything well before start your business!

From a payment point of view: physical product, not attractive for fraudsters (no brands), be able to track and show a delivery receipt, low value/price, low risk MCC.
So the best will be: a merchant selling white tshirt ..

A business will be high risk because of the chargeback risk or/and because of the MCC
ex: High risk MCC = gambling but low risk chargeback (because of all the KYC/AML process)
