Most Liked Posts By Hashtag

Does anyone know of a website that provides you the most liked posts within a certain hastgag? For example, if I looked up #puppies it would show something like:

Post 1: 15,000 likes
Post 2: 14,500 likes
Post 3: 13,000 likes

And so on for any hashtag.

Idk of any but i see what your getting at and its very smart. Maybe see if the info is available in sine of the hashtag apps.

In order to do that, you would have to scrape all the posts first and compare them with each other. To do that, it will take a lot of resources and also Instagram has its own limitations. I don't know of any website/software to do that, but it wouldn't be the easiest to make in my opinion.
