I'm not an "expert", but from YEARS of reading posts by real experts on BHW, my answer is that Google would never give away any secrets. And if you try reading between the lines, you might figure something out, but it's Google. They do whatever earns them the most money. As far as I can tell, there are two things that make Google (Search) money:
- Keeping users on Google's page (snippets, answers, etc. that keep you on their page and NOT clicking on a search result)
- Having site owners spend more on AdWords

Im probably too stupid, so what exactly does this mean? Paying for ads means being crawled more often, or something more?

For some that's not an option tho.
Also other crawlers share the same budget. Images, adsense and so on.

I didn't understood his tweet clearly
So does it mean if we are paying for Google ads,we will be in Google's priority? Not directly but indirectly.
And if we are using ads that does it mean site will be indexed properly.
I started an amazon affiliate website 14 days back but it's homepage and articles are not indexing but my "about us" is ranking. Why this anamoly?

I don't know about the anamoly but no, it does not mean you're in their priority. See next answer.
It means the budget spent by ads crawlers take away from the organic crawlers.
Back in the day they used to say the ads section was completely separated from the organic search system.
We always knew they weren't but lots of idiots still believe what Google says.

This is not an anomaly but normal as google goesn't know your site yet so you might rank for some weird stuff. You need to give google time to fully index and analyse your site.
Correct me if I'm wrong but weren't google forced to completely seperate organic and paid searches a while back?
Like after the 2008 crisis banks were forced to seperate their retail banking from investment banking.

I think they still claim everything is separated.
IIRC everyone understood the adsense bot to be separated from the organic crawler.
