Most important thing for reaching success in IM?

If you had the chance write yourself a letter and send it back to the time when you were new in IM, what would it say?

Here goes mine:

Dear Eliaz, this is the future you helping you out abit down the road regarding your IM career.
First, Do not ever let ANYONE tell you what and what you can not do, if you have an idea that you want to work on, start right away and dont form it around other peoples opinions!

Second, NEVER LOOK FOR EXCUSES! Trust me when I say that almost every problem has a solution, if you get stuck somewhere along the way dont just give up because you haven't find a way to solve it yet, just keep working and eventually it will come to you.

Third, STOP WASTING YOUR GODDAMN TIME! Stop right now and think about what you are doing, are you working towards your dream? Or are you still asking useless questions and dreaming of what might be?

Here's some quote's that will help you along the way

THE MOST IMPORTANT STEP: ACTION - All ideas are worthless unless we act on them! Good luck mate!

1. The key to making money, is helping others make money. Here's a few Gems to take with you on your journey in IM. Network with people and know what your talking about become of some sorta value, once people see value in you they will automatically offer you deals on ventures they have going on. Sometimes people will just hit you and say hey I need this and that you know anyone who can help. People remember that and they don't mind helping you when the time comes when you need something from them it's because you hold value and have good character.

Beware of the google animals

Keep your head high and stay motivated at all times.

Creating threads on how to be successful at IM!

Just don't give up because you are almost there! Have some patience

1) Understanding that money comes and goes but it's the relationships and understanding with your clients that matters at the end of the day.
2) Valuing your time.
3) Having a purpose. A purpose which can give you sleepless nights.
4) Self Discipline
5) Having a definite plan. Be it a short term or long term plan but having a plan is must.
6)Understanding that life is not just about success or failures. It's something beyond that.
7) You can truly succeed only when you love the journey and understand that it's journey not the destination that matters at the end of day.

Sorry I wrote so many things but take my word, there's no hard & fast rule for success. I always have a three-step rule for success ( Plan + Hard work + Perseverance = Success ), which I avoid mentioning because we shouldn't be success driven instead our focus should be on living our lives in a better way and helping others as we move ahead.
