I need to setup an offshore company plus banking. The banking can be in the same jurisdiction or elsewhere. Doesn't matter as long as it's all easily setup, linked and 0% tax

The company would be a new one so I need to know the easiest and least expensive way to get this done (preferably remotely)

Any pointers would be great

I'm a UK citizen, resident in Jordan. My business partner is French, resident in Qatar. Our business will be worldwide online and middle east based at the local level. There are some annoying local laws when it comes to staring a business in some of the nearby regional territories (a local citizen has to own 51% for instance or ridiculous taxes) and we want to get as close to the 0% tax and no-snooping as possible.

Any info would help

Thanks

Try HONGKONG

I'm hearing that it's expensive and not as good as it used to be. In any case, if you recommend it, do you know of any trusted service suppliers?

Do you need Paypal? Hong-kong probably is your best bet if you need paypal, but the cost is rather high.

And one other thing... most countries don't allow transfers from local banks to offshore banks and will investigate or freeze accounts that do this. Have you thought about that?

As long as I can transfer money from the off-shore bank to a local bank then that's fine (in the form of salary from company account to employee account)

Paypal would be a big help to have.

What i'm really looking for is a recommended service provider from people who have experience in this area.

Doesn't have to be hong kong. Any country that meets the criteria of little to no tax and plenty of privacy

Why is paying yourself a salary "fine"? You seriously don't think the tax department knows how things like this work? They'll be on you like a honeybadger before you know it.

Soldit, I guess cashing through an Offshore card tied to Offshore B/A through local ATM's would less expose you to govt, albeit this might involve additional conversion and withdrawal fees.
