I've done it and had around 50 accounts at a time using wait & reply. Made me around $50 in a week, so I decided to just move back to using a content locker which made me much more

Really. How can you earn using tweet attack. I do not own it - but nobody here had said he earned something with this tool.

But many people say they have low clickbank conversion with tweetattack traffic.

I have earned loads using TA as my main vehicle for $$$. There! You just have to be creative and fly under the radar.
