Most dangerous niches?

Which niches do you think are the most dangerous in IM in term of getting busted from the FBI or other agencies?

I am not talking about completely illegal and crazy stuff like human trafficking or even more pervert stuff. Also not talking about scams like fake online shops or fake cryptocurrency exchanges.

Much more I am talking about streaming, file sharing and so on...stuff which isn't made to be exactly illegal, but can be used in such way.

Well, I think the movie niche is one of them. We all know what happened to Kim Dotcom and his Mega Upload site.

At least in my country I would say (dissident) politics. People get harassed and stalked by the police if they have affiliation to some political sites here.

One site had a comment section, where someone wrote something (I won't say what, as politics is not allowed). One of the guys owning the site got like 5 months in jail for that comment, just because he is the one responsible for the website. The comment was written by some incognito person, and it was not violent nor threatening, it just contained words that are not allowed to be used in my country.

I can't think of any other legal things that would get you into trouble, apoart from the above.
