Mortgage Origination and Refinance Leads Needed

I have a client in CA who I do some management consulting for offline, he is a Mortgage Broker. He came to me and asked if he should make his own lead capture website and start generating leads for his loan officers.

I explained to him that people in the IM industry dominate G-search rankings, especially in mortgage loan leads, and he would be wasting his time to compete with people like yourselves. So instead I told him I would come on here and ask who provides these kind of leads.

He has been paying huge pay outs for unlicensed brokers referring deals to him already, so if any of you have mortgage leads and a site or system for generating leads already moving along, let's see if there is a way to work together. I would love to just pitch your services to him and get his loan officers busy on closing deals.

I used to generate tons of mortgage refinance leads - hated the process, its much more fun to buy them than to sell them!

If hes looking to buy leads he should look at LeadPoint, they buy leads from people, score them based upon how qualified the lead is (LTV and so on) then sell them to brokers with a price based upon the quality. They also do lots of checking to make sure the phone numbers arent bogus or the lead hasnt been submitted before, etc.

I am a mortgage refinance lead guru. I can generate over 1000 leads daily for all 50 USA states, and even other countries such as Canada, UK, Australia and more. What is your client paying per lead now? I may have a solution depending on what he's looking for. I can provide leads via email (from the applicant) or better yet, live phone calls from the applicant (they do a search, they call, he answers - no middle man) should that be what he's looking for.

sorry to ask but is there a lead program for USED realtor or mortgage leads? I dont care if they have bought or are still buying a house, will work for me either way
 
if you don't care if they have already closed, most title companies can provide closed escrows/buyer and seller information (they can't sell it, but they give it away for free) for any county based on whatever geographic and/or timeframe you choose. they provide this for free to pretty much any realtor.
