Use vidIQ - find a relatively low comp niche - upload at least 4 videos a week - properly optimise the tags + description - stay committed.

pay people peanuts to watch the videos, summarise the content in a word doc and comment on the video saying what they liked about it. it will increase the view count, watching time, engagement etc.
