More unistalls than installs

Hello everyone. I'm facing a strange problem with my android app. Even if I have more than 100 reviews from which 90% are 4 and 5 stars reviews the app is unistalled by more users than is installed and I don't understand why. Any ideea how to figure out? Any sugestion...
I have to mention that I don't have crush reports in play console. Maybe someone can help me figure out, try it and give me a feedback? Because my app is for USA, VPS used by it is in USA and I'm from europe. But it still loads very fast for me.

Your app retention is too low, your app might attract users to download but they don't find what they are looking for, otherwise, it might provide a low experience in a competitive niche which user know they will find better equivalents.
Bro if your retention rate is 20-35% your at good state, don't even think about these uninstalls

Is your app good/helpful for the users? Otherwise, no matter how many positive reviews you have; people will keep uninstalling the app.
