More Twitter Account? Disposable Emails?

I'm wanting to create a number of Twitter accounts but don't want tot rgsiter more email accounts. It's too tedious. Do I have to create more email accounts or is there a better way?

you can try disposable addresses as well, why not?! but when i last tried most of them were almost instaban lol
if i'm not mistaken i was unable to find any which worked with twitter (a good portion of them was totally useless, i didn't get the confirm email from twitter at all and the other ones were instaban), but maybe i wasn't enough persistent

Email accounts are cheap if you buy them. $8 - $10 per 1,000 depending what accounts you buy and from whom.
