Start with adsence then maybe affiliates, so you can generate more money by selling products. All depends on your niche 
It's a blog you say, not a static website. So don't sell them anything... Pick a product related to your niche and share your "experience" with your audience. Tell them how well you are doing with this or that product (affiliate link of course). Explain the ins and outs, how well it works for you, not the features, but the benefits. Tell the story, sell the dream. Man, 150k visitors a day... That's enough to make a small fortune

Try adsense or a cpa lead offer. You should make a lot more with a cpa lead offer if the product matches your demographic.

With that much people, I would advise you to go into CPM networks - you'll be paid based on impressions and will have stable earnings.
Save your time, and don't go into CPA - SM traffic's conversion is looooooow.
I'm usually suggesting following places to start:
1. Nster
2. Nrelate
3. Taboola
4. Content.ad
But since you're having blog, #1 & #4 are your best options (to my best knowledge)

Are you sure? There are lots of people making money using Adsense with just FB traffic. I like so many of those pages which are directing traffic from FB to there Adsense sites.
To OP-
You can also buysell ads if you have a real huge traffic, you can get good amount for 4 Ad boxes.

Bro that's nonsense, adsense LOVES social traffic. I used to monetize 50$ a day solely with twitter traffic with adsense

If you have legit traffic and know where it is mostly coming from I would suggest diversifying a little with a mixture of CPM and CPC ads. There are plenty of networks who offer sick cpc's for specific offers (dating or incentive type offers that naturally generate high click throughs), but that might be a little more work than you want to do right now. You can't lose with peppering in some cpm ads.
Once you've gathered some data from cpm and cpc ad placements, you can find some cpa offers that convert well and add those in to really maximize your epc or ecpm.
Do you have any analytics to work from, like bounce rate or avg. time on site? Do you have multiple pages, and if so what percentage of visitors are accessing other pages? This is valuable data that will help you make a decision on whether or not to try some cpa offers. If your traffic isn't really sticking on your page for more than 3 seconds, then cpm ads are the way to go. If they're sticking around a little, cpm and cpc mix. If you know they're staying on site for longer and viewing your content, cpa offers similar to the content you offer on your site would be gold!

What type of blogging do you have?
If the blog is general, add adsense to your blog. You can make more money from it. Or try cpa offers related to your blog.
