More Stickies In BH Seo Section?

I notice in each section, there are good stickies for the related topic but the Black Hat SEO section doesn't have these. I was expecting something along the lines of "The Basics Of Ranking In Google" or something alike but I didn't. I was just wondering why it was like this in this section?
