More Profitable than Email Submits? $xx,xxx per day?

Question for you guys. I'm currently promoting email submits and doing some good numbers with my traffic but I'm looking for something that is more profitable than simply directing the traffic to an email submit and getting the CPA (although that is quite profitable).

Does anyone have any suggestions?
