I notice people posting more hashtags on there picture. Look at luxury.venue for instance. Why do this and how ? He also posts some tags double ... anyone that can tell me more about this. I wonder if this may be a new thing or so ..

He is repeating the same hashtag multiple times, that's why. I personally don't do this on my accounts, looks really bad and spammy.
