Monty's 30 Day Challenge

Glad you got through the steel curtain pofecker.

Good start Monty. Best of luck to you.

I'm going to digg, kick, stumble & poke your new blog.

Thanks, sinewave. We're getting there.

Friday was an awesome day! Yesterday, was not.

Monty, I have no skills to help you but do any of your CPA programs pay when someone signs up for a trial period? If so, a bunch of us can sign up for the trial and then cancel if we wish to help you out with some cashflow if it's a little tight.

Hey, I appreciate that but I that's more of a short-term tactic than a long-term business model.

Besides, I'm actually trying to keep my CPA companies HAPPY these days...lol.

Hey monty, how about you add pages to your blog that are product reviews. Then everybody here can chip in a blog review or some social book marking voting to kick start the traffic and the SE rankings. You can make steady income with product reviews. If you don't believe me, then don't. I don't care. But it can work out to steady income.

It's also a good idea if the products you choose are subscription-based so they're more likely to build into more residual income.

Actually, I do believe you. That's a great idea. I've just started promoting some subscription-based products and that's a real winner.

We should get with pofecker and have him add some pages like that to the site.

I'm all ears for any suggestions. I know Monty has been busy lately so I've just been waiting to hear the word. Hit me up and we'll make stuff happen. :)

Well, if you create an ebook about your journey I can help in designing an ebook cover. :D

That's a sick idea, taking everything that was accomplished and in real time would have a ton of appeal to people looking for a 1-2-3 approach to quitting their J.O.B

Thanks, wargamer. After a crappy couple of days, I'm back in the black today.

That will teach me to get lazy.

The Green Star is a good omen. I read it in a fortune cookie or some noise.

Also, it's a really fucking funny coincidence that by a completely random string of events I pledged last year that I wouldn't quit my job until July 18th, which is 2 days short of your goal. Race ya?

N

Thanks, ape. Just noticed that myself. 1,000 posts....w00t!

This is def something i'm gonna keep an eye on :)
I like your blog layout, nice and clean, altho the countdown clock on the top looks a little 'chaotic' ;)
Nonetheless it is a good looking blog and i like your writing-style :D
If i can help you out with anything, holla at me and i'll be happy to help!

Keep up the good work bro :)

Monty,

I wish it's me. Looks like a very long time for me to quit my job.
I'm inspired with your website.

All the best and wish you well...

:)

Thanks, guys. I appreciate it.

@Damien15, what do you mean by "chaotic"?

I thought this was funny, I drove by a sign today, it said re elect Monty for sheriff :)

That isnt your day job is it? :)

Hey Monty, you will get there bro, just read your blog and it is really inspiring. just by reading your post

"I've decided that my biggest obstacle is the same obstacle that every one of us faces....MYSELF."

Nothing further from the truth!!!! Now, I want my wife to leave her day job since I have done it already. Good luck to you my fellow BH friend!

Monty, besides the fact that the guy in there looks a little displaced,
i think that the text is also somewhat disturbing =/
It would look a lot better if the countdown was on the bottom of the box,
so that the numbers wouldn't cover the guy's head :)
Also, i think that moving the countdown code to the left corner (of your blog),
would make it more appealing and look like a logo!
Oh and i would put the blog's name and tagline a little lower,
making it look less like it was glued to the top :D

Just my .02 :p
