I bought his software for 50 bucks, meh no big loss via paypal, However his program never worked, it had proxy support but would hang every proxy it used... his response was http://i.imgur.com/3eUzqrb.jpg so, having his software for a litttle over a month i made 17 accounts..... I asked for a refund of 40 dollars to which he said no and that he would place me on the Paypal scammer list, well turns out this guy has 3 strikes against him 2 more and he's banned from paypal.... just a heads up do not buy from monstersocial.net

The text in the screenshot is completely out of context. proof: goo.gl/O4lVVW Nobody would say from his own software that bluescreens are normal... This is a reply to another question asked later. This customer used the software for months and did a chargeback at his creditcard company. This customer also refused support, never gave proof of program issues and became pissed off because we didn't agree for a refund. He started thrashing everywhere he could including here. If the seller isn't a BHW member, this is the right place for it. SL is only for Member vs Member disputes.

I don't sell on BHW actually.. I'm just here because this guy is thrashing everywhere and I need the future customers to see the truth when they search for scam.
My screenshot is an obvious proof anyway.
I attached another screenshot. I was giving solutions. If he even had a problem, it's probably problem 2 in the list. This has also been taken care of in the latest update (1.05.011). Our discussion was on 11/23, I gave a lot of support and tips. The customer kept saying nothing worked, but the last time he started the software was on 11/22..
When I said I didn't agree for refund he started raging and making websites like monstersocialscam on blogspot showing the fake out of context screenshot.
I can give you a free 1 day trial so you can see yourself that the software works. You just need a DBC account.
The worst thing of all is that I paid a developer to code a feature (duplicate proxy remover) he asked earlier... Developers costs, chargeback costs, I even made a video for him to explain the features..

I have not moved this to the SL section and don't plan on it (yet). So far I just see this as a customer not liking what he's received in his software purchase. I do not see anything that looks like a scam or even non-support.

You're using it incorrectly, with the right methods and bypasses proxies isn't even needed.
Over 1000 accounts with 0 proxies running on their second month, generating over $600 on a daily basic.

Look, I've been trying to use it for one simple feature. Accept friends requests. It keeps failing.
I email them I provide screen shot and they barely reply. They ask for proxies. I gave them. Then They blame the proxies. I used several different proxies. Their software should work in all.

monstersocial is a website which provide nearly non working bots by some rude/fraud guys or developer
we invested more then $2000 on them to develop custom bot after a while they trickily discontinue our license , its almost 60 days now we are sending them mails daily but they are not responding to us , the major reason of not responding is the bot they develop never worked and they cant even fix it and now they dont want to refund so they discontinue my licence after of 180 days paypal time
in those 180 days the say everyday we are fixing it
general software I Will NOT RECOMMEND because its to dangerous for old or new accounts it will suspended soon as very poor development
PLEASE SHARE THIS MORE AND MORE SO NO ONE LIKE US LOOSE MONEY

- License abuse: A monstersocial license is a 1 hardware license. He keeps asking for license resets because he uses it on multiple machines. MonsterSocial licenses can be reactivated unlimited times if you use it on the same machine.
- Identity fraud: Contacting us with several names and emails. At least 20 identities.
- And now spreading false information. This person never paid 2000 USD. He got all his 3 permanent licenses with extreme discounts because he kept nagging about it and he bought a custom feature for about 700 USD. All his licenses are still working.

you are clever enough but I have enough of proof that will prove you frudness
1st of all you never replied or reset our license in the last 60 days of time frame , well where you aware of our mails , software with our license not working from past 60 days as we checking and mailing daily but you never replied of any
Abuse of support - from January to march we reported more then 12 issues and function including custom bot but staff ignore it , and after 2/3 months they resolved some of the issues as you can see in version check ( so reporting sodtware issue they count as abuse of support)
- License abuse -second time we change the PC/laptop but they are saying we have used it multiple time which is totally misleading ,
we are still using it on same machine but they disabled our license intentionally
- Identity fraud- If you invest 1000$$ to a bot with lifetime license and it is not working from past 60 days , and you fraud people are not replying then what we will do ? here you accepting that you read all our mails but never ever replied
Our license still not working , they promise us to fix custom bot issues but they never do they intentionally disabled our license after 60 days when we are revealing them in from of other people they cam up here with misleading thought
THEY ARE FRAUD ,CHEATERS STILL NOT ACCEPTING THE DAMAGE OF TIME AND MONEY DONE TO OUR COMPANY
