https://www.host-tracker.com/ *free 2 domains monitoring and 2 free widgets (example)
https://uptimerobot.com/ *free 2 domains monitoring, no free widgets
https://www.alerts.net/ *free 100 domains monitoring, no widgets now (maybe later)
I tested them only one that allows monitor Google Safe Browsing is host-tracker but it's every 12 hours i need to check every 5 min min

The two best tools for this are Uptime Monitoring and Safe Browsing Monitoring and you can find both of them for free on Robotalp.
