monitor proxy

what is the best tool to monitor how many users use one of my proxies?

If you are proxy provider and you dont know how to do this - it sounds fishy a bit. But if you are a simple user and have a proxy and want to check how much other users use it - so its not possible.

well im just a user, but as i understand there is an option to develop such tool

I dont even imagine any way how simple user can CHECK how many other users uses proxy - you dont have any possible way to access such data

there is no way you can access this data, only the proxy provider has the ability to check and see to how many users the proxy in questions is in use etc...
Thats why everybody should stay away for private proxies that are supposed to be dedicated witch price is lower then $1, 100% that proxy is a shared one

If provider is your cool buddy you can ask him about that data

Though Above mates saying right it's not possible for user end to get that info (Only guess)

The proxy provider usually keeps logs of who uses their proxies.

Generally, they won't give you those logs because you're a customer of theirs and they don't want you to know how many other people are sharing the pool of ips used by their proxies.

If your goal is to be the only person using an IP, you'd have to set up your own proxy software on a VPS. If you only want a few IPs in a certain country, you can probably get it done for ~$10-15 per month. But, if you're not technical, you may have to hire someone to install the software for you (which would cost extra).
