I have a motivation account with 2.5k followers in about a week and a half and get around 500-600 likes per post I was wondering what the best type of monitionzation/affiliate programs are at this stage within this niche

2,500 is not enough is you start monetizing it.. You may have some few earnings but pretty sure you will lose couple of followers. I suggest you find a very good offer (if there is) or keep generating more followers.
