How can I moneytize a news Youtube channel with random video non-copyrighted?
the channel got over 4 millions views and over 10k sub.
I dont want to use Adsense... probably only CPA.

Umm... adsense haha.

Other than that though, try to build an email list from it and or drive traffic to a blog. You have a proven audience so you can sell your traffic/ad space to individuals/companies looking for promotion.
