dude, if they want your domain they will seize it and you will lose it.
Hope you didnt pay much for it, not only that, they will have google alerts on for their name too, so second you posted the domain name on a public forum, their lawyers will come ringing lol...
Happened to me before with a football company in the UK, they just seized it from my registrar one day there one day gone with a nice little email telling me why.
We are doing it to a guy who has branded an entire company with our stock in another company, it takes up to a month and boom investment lost. SELL IT QUICk. mind you, if anyone even googles it, it will be in their index along with my comment..... LOL
